Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We had a pleasant experience during our one-night stay. The room was decent but could use more lighting for comfort. The breakfast offered many choices, but some items lacked flavor. For families, I recommend checking the pool area beforehand, as it could use some cleaning.

The room was clean with fantastic water pressure in the shower. The pool area was inviting, though it needed some safety fixes. Enjoyed the cozy setup of the Standard Room with Two Queen Beds. The location felt more secluded, perfect for a restful getaway.

Had a great time with friends fishing for bass and bluegill at a nearby lake. The overall experience was enjoyable with a nice breakfast selection. The staff kept things running smoothly, making our stay relaxing and fun. Definitely a solid spot if you're traveling with friends and want some outdoor fun!

The bathroom fan was incredibly noisy, sounding like a jet engine. It was frustrating that it couldn't be turned off unless the light was off, which was annoying when we were trying to relax.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was great, with bacon and eggs. The carpet in the room looked worn. Bed comfort was okay, but the shower water gets too hot too fast.

I found the lobby and breakfast area to be clean and welcoming, with a fresh coat of paint that made it feel bright and cheerful. The staff was incredibly friendly, making it easy for us seniors to feel at home.

We had a nice stay and appreciated the friendly staff, especially when we arrived with our special needs son and his autism support dog. We also enjoyed fishing at the nearby Bilby Ranch Lake, which had beautiful surroundings that helped us relax after our long drive.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be improved, as the food was subpar and didn't cater well to families with children.

Fantastic breakfast variety, helpful staff!

The lobby and breakfast area looked fresh and welcoming. Staff greeted us with friendly smiles, which set the tone for our stay. I loved the strawberry-swirl bread at breakfast. it was moist and delightful. However, the pool had some safety concerns. The light fixture was out, and the wires were exposed, making it seem risky for kids. Our room had a nice atmosphere, but it felt a bit cramped. The bathroom door hit the toilet, and a chair in the room was wobbly. The room darkening shade worked perfectly, and the AC kept us cool, but in my son's room, it kept resetting. I also noticed quite a few ants near the vending machine, which was concerning. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly useful, even providing a cot at midnight without hesitation. A few maintenance issues need attention to improve comfort. the TV was small and the water pressure in the shower felt weak during peak times. Despite these negatives, the overall vibe of the hotel was pleasant and it was quite cozy for our visit.

This was a perfect match for a brief stopover in Maryville with value for money. Breakfast had a great variety, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check the bathroom fan. ours was quite loud!

Spent a night here, and the staff were super friendly! Plus, the room was clean and had great water pressure in the shower. The sofa lounge area was a nice touch for unwinding. On the flip side, the elevator looked kinda worn out, and parking could use some attention. Breakfast was decent too—had a variety to choose from!
